Electrolyte Solution

Comporition:

• Each 100 ml contains,
• Calcium lactate 0.12 gm,
• Potassium chloride 1.86 gm,
• Magnesium sulphate 0.30 gm,
• Sodium chloride 0.29 gm,
• Sodium acid phosphate 0.62 gm,
• Sodium citrate 4.21 gm,
• Dextrose monohydrate 40.00 gm.

Indication:

• To prevent dehydration due to heat stress.
• To prevent stress due to transportation ,vaccination and debreaking.
• To reduce mortality.

Dose:

• Claves: 100 ml daily for five days
• Cattle: 500 ml daily in Enteritis.
• Hourse: 200 ml after heavy exercise or racing
• Chicks: 200 ml per 1000 chicks..
• Growers: 400 ml per 1000 growers.
• Layers: 800 ml per 1000 layer.
